High-Performance Road Frameset
The SEKA Spear RDC is an uncompromising race frameset for riders who not only want to ride a modern road bike, but also understand it. Extremely lightweight, aerodynamically sophisticated, and precise in handling – the Spear RDC combines current carbon technology with clear racing DNA.
We are an official SEKA dealer in Berlin and offer the Spear RDC frameset including consultation, assembly, and full-service support.
Frame & Construction
The frame consists of a state-of-the-art carbon monocoque and weighs approx. 685 g in size M (unpainted, size M). Despite this low weight, the Spear RDC impresses with very high torsional and bottom bracket stiffness. Every pedal stroke feels direct, without seeming nervous.
SEKA relies on targeted carbon layups instead of sheer material quantity. This ensures a balanced combination of stiffness, comfort, and control.
Aerodynamics with a System
The tube shapes are consistently designed to minimize air resistance. Particularly striking is the so-called "Wind Eye" design, which optimizes airflow around the seat tube and top tube while allowing for vertical compliance. The result is a smooth, stable riding experience, even on rough asphalt or during long periods of exertion.
Riding Feel
On the road, the Spear RDC shows a very clear character:
- direct when accelerating
- stable in fast corners
- calm at speeds beyond 40 km/h
The frame invites fast riding but remains controllable and predictable. A true race bike that doesn't tire you out even on long distances.
Setup & Compatibility
The Spear RDC is designed for disc brakes and is compatible with electronic as well as mechanical shifting groups. It is perfect as a basis for an individual high-end build, whether lightweight, aero-focused, or balanced.
