The BIKE AHEAD COMPOSITES Biturbo AERO 2.0 marks the next evolution of modern aero wheels for road bikes and triathlon.

 

Lighter, more aerodynamically efficient, and optimized with a wider inner rim width, this carbon monocoque wheelset sets new standards in performance, crosswind stability, and acceleration.

 

 

Maximum aerodynamics – measurably faster

 

 

The revised rim shape of the Biturbo AERO 2.0 was specifically developed for real-world wind conditions. Especially with oblique air currents, the construction generates a noticeable sailing effect.

 

Compared to the first generation, you need up to 7 watts less power at 45 km/h and a 10° yaw angle. This has been confirmed by wind tunnel tests in the renowned laboratory of Bike Engineering.

 

In addition, crosswind stability has been significantly improved – for smoother handling at high speeds and maximum control in competition.

 

 

23 mm inner rim width – optimized for modern tires

 

 

With an inner rim width of 23 mm, the wheelset is ideally suited for 28–30 mm tires.

At just 1344 g (manufacturer's specification), the Biturbo AERO 2.0 is one of the lightest aero wheelsets in its class.

 

The special monocoque construction, without conventional spoke tension, allows for an extremely lightweight rim construction with optimal mass distribution. The rotating masses are closer to the center – a clear advantage for quick accelerations and sprints.
